WE SPECIALIZE IN MAKING YOUR CUSTOM EMBLEMS

Cloisonné & Semi-Cloisonné

Jewelry quality, hand crafted cloisonné emblems make the most popular promotional statement for your logo. Your design is die struck into copper metal which creates raised and recessed areas. Glass based enamels are then hand filled into the recessed areas and fired at a very high temperature to create the finest emblems. Thin metal lines must separate each color. When Pantone colors must be matched we use synthetic enamel called Semi-Cloisonné. Prices include up to five colors, a military clutch or a jump loop and your choice of plating.

Iron Soft Enamel

This is the most economical process. Iron soft enamel is great for high volume promotional uses. Your design is die struck into steel which creates raised and recessed areas. The recessed areas are then filled with a soft enamel pigment. Thin metal lines must separate each color. Prices include up to four colors, an epoxy dome to protect the finish, a military clutch or a jump loop and brass plating.

Die Struck Soft Enamel

We use the same method of striking your image into copper as in the cloisonné process. We then fill the recessed areas with a plastic based or “soft enamel” pigment. Lower curing temperatures and faster production keep the prices low without sacrificing quality. Thin metal lines must separate each color. Prices include up to five colors, an epoxy dome to protect the finish, a military clutch or a jump loop and your choice of plating.

Photo Etched Soft Enamel

This is a great process for complex designs. your design is chemically etched into brass which creates raised and recessed areas. The recessed areas are then filled with a soft enamel pigment. Thin metal lines must separate each color. Prices include up to five colors, an epoxy dome to protect the finish, a military clutch or a jump loop and your choice of plating.

Die Struck

Your design is die struck into copper base metal creating raised and recessed areas. It can be finished with a high polish, sandblast or antique finish. Prices include a military clutch or a jump loop and your choice of plating. Interior holes and cutouts are additional.

Cast Pewter

Your design is created with a mold rather than a die. Spin cast pewter is used to manufacture dimensional emblems. Cast emblems are heavier and thicker than struck emblems. Prices include a military clutch or a jump loop and your choice of plating.

Silkscreen or Offset Printing

Your design is reproduced in either a photo reproduction or an offset printing process. Each design is attached to brass base metal then covered with a thin epoxy dome. Prices include up to four screened colors or four color process printing, a military clutch and brass plating.

Cast Zinc Alloy

One of the most versatile materials used to manufacture custom emblems. Molten metal is injected into a mold, cooled, cleaned and plated. Few materials offer zinc’s strength, quality and dimensional characteristics. Zinc Alloy emblems are lead free. Zinc Alloy emblems have unlimited design possibilities.

Embroidered Patches

Our beautifully embroidered emblems are made from the finest materials. Durable, colorful and washable patches are a great way to promote your logo. Prices include up to seven colors and a plain back.
