Cloisonné
& Semi-Cloisonné
Jewelry quality, hand crafted cloisonné
emblems make the most popular promotional statement for your logo.
Your design is die struck into copper metal which creates raised
and recessed areas. Glass based enamels are then hand filled into
the recessed areas and fired at a very high temperature to create
the finest emblems. Thin metal lines must separate each color.
When Pantone colors must be matched we use synthetic enamel called
Semi-Cloisonné. Prices include up to five colors, a military
clutch or a jump loop and your choice of plating.

Die
Struck Soft Enamel
Quality die struck emblems at lower prices.
We use the same method of striking your image into copper as in
the cloisonné process. We then fill the recessed areas
with a plastic based or "soft enamel" pigment. Lower
curing temperatures and faster production keep the prices low
without sacrificing quality. Thin metal lines must separate each
color. Prices include up to five colors, an epoxy dome to protect
the finish, a military clutch or a jump loop and your choice of
plating.
