Artwork:
Camera-ready artwork is preferred but not mandatory and does not affect the cost of your order. You can send us anything explaining what you want produced. We do not guarantee the return of artwork.

Delivery Time:
Normal Production is 4-7 weeks.

Rush Orders:
Rush orders are sometimes available. Call for availability and cost.

Pre-production samples:
Samples are available with a deposit. Upon approval of sample and die the deposit is applied towards your order.

Dies:
All dies remain the property of P.I.N.S., Inc.

F.O.B.
All orders are FOB San Clemente, California. Freight cost will be added to the total of your sales order and will be listed on your final invoice. California residents are subject to sales tax.

Cancellations:
Cancellations or Changes will be subject to all costs incurred.

Confirmations:
Written confirmations are sent on all orders.

Trademarks, Copyrights and Licenses:
All trademarks, copyrights and licenses pictured are only samples of custom work and are not for sale. We assume no liability in trademark/ license violations and disputes.

Returns:
Any discrepancy in an order must be reported within twenty-one days from the invoice date.

Terms:
All orders require a 50% deposit with placement of order and the balance is to be prepaid prior to shipping or COD unless credit has been established. Call for a credit application.

Prices:
These prices are effective July 1, 2002. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Catalogs:
Additional catalogs are available upon request.

Split shipments:
Split shipments and drop shipments are billed F.O.B. Southern California. There are no additional charges other than the freight cost.

Overruns/ Under runs:
Every effort is made to ship the exact quantity ordered. Due to manufacturing limitations we reserve the right to ship up to 3% over or under the quantity ordered. We do not charge for overruns and bill accordingly on under runs.
